Specifically, we bring about quality STEM education to youth in our community by taking on the following responsibilities

Conducting market research on interesting and less mainstream STEM applications, and finding corresponding STEM education organizations |
Partnering and coordinating with STEM organizations |
Establishing the venue and date |
Booking facilities in local libraries, schools and community centers |

Designing flyers and other promotional materials |
Advertising the workshops--on social media, at community events for youth and parents, on school web platforms, and through the dissemination of promotional materials |
Coordinating with school administration, teachers, parents and students from numerous local schools while promoting the workshop |
Registering students before the workshops and handling registration on the day of workshop |
Recruiting and training expert volunteers |
Preparing registered participants with pre-reqs for workshops as relevant |

Setting up and cleaning up the exhibits and learning materials on the day of the workshop. |
Providing onsite support during the day of the workshop |
